Damien Tanner

Damien Tanner is an enthusiastic programmer and designer. He has always had a passion for user experience and prior to co-founding New Bamboo he was involved in various projects including developing applications for handheld devices running embedded Linux.

Dr Michelle Fisher

Before Dr Michelle Fisher joined New Bamboo she worked as a research fellow for the University of Exeter and Motorola on wireless telecommunication network characterisation and analysis.

Gwyn Morfey

A former freelancer and firm believer in user-friendly design, reusable code and Getting Things Done, Gwyn brings nine years' commercial experience in all aspects of web development to New Bamboo.

Andrew Kent

Coming from an Design Agency background, Andy brings a wealth of knowledge on all things front-end. He also has a passion for standards, and pushing the boundaries of the browser. Andy is an invited member and sits on the Industrial Panel for The University of Kent's Multimedia Technology course.

Ismael Celis

Arts graduate turned Web Developer with 7 years of experience, Ismael thinks that programming is the closest you can get to making ideas work without actually moving.
He keeps an active blog where he discusses cutting-edge web development techniques for the spanish-speaking market.

Matthew Ford

A bright and enthusiastic graduate, he read Computer Science at the University of York and having been exposed to a myriad of programming languages settled on Ruby. Joining New Bamboo to learn from the best web developers around.

Martyn Loughran

Martyn spent 4 years playing with incredible mathematics at Warwick but in the end conceded that proving the Riemann hypothesis was just too hard. He discovered Ruby while sidetracked in 2005 and hasn't looked back since.
